3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Botrelic is an AI-powered platform. As part of normal operations:

- Where you have opted in, anonymized interaction data may be used to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI responses.

4.2 Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of all data they upload, input, or generate through the Platform, including chatbot knowledge bases, conversation logs, and custom AI configurations. Botrelic does not claim ownership of customer-generated content.
4.3 No Sale of Customer Data
Repsoft Technologies Private Limited does not sell, trade, or rent personal data or customer content to any third party for commercial purposes. Data shared with subprocessors is governed by strict contractual data processing obligations.
5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
